Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or evidence of success in quantitative courses or programming subjects.
• Evidence of direct experience in item and test analysis or coursework preparing for large-scale data analysis.
• Experience with statistical analysis platforms such as SAS or Python, or familiarity with programming languages like C#, R, or Java.
• Experience with structured data files and data storage structures.

Responsibilities

• Takes direction from psychometric leads and follows departmental practices.
• Under supervision, conducts analyses using exploratory techniques and statistics.
• Executes and debugs existing analysis tools according to specifications.
• Supports software development discipline and processes.
• Works with diverse data structures and moderately complex files.
• Evaluates data suitability and outcomes for analysis.
• Prepares and manages data for internal use and contract deliverables.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and technology staff to fulfill requirements.
• Demonstrates openness to AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Meets schedules and can work independently, including in high-pressure situations.
• May travel up to 5% with advance scheduling.
