Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related coursework.
• Experience with data analysis, statistics, and large data sets.
• Familiarity with SAS, Python or related programming tools.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from psychometric leads and follow best practices.
• Conduct analyses using exploratory techniques and statistics.
• Execute and debug existing analysis tools per specifications.
• Apply software development discipline and manage data formats.
• Work with diverse data structures and moderately complex files.
• Evaluate data suitability and analyze outcomes for usability.
• Prepare, format, and manage data for internal use.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and technology staff.
• Learn and apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Meet schedules and work independently, including in high-pressure settings.
• Travel up to 5% as needed.
