Pearson Advanced Associates provide data analysis support for large-scale assessment programs for district, state, and national customers. They solve problems, organize work effectively, and collaborate with lead researchers to deliver accurate results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or evidence of success in quantitative courses or programming/development courses.
• Experience with data analysis for large scale programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with psychometric principles or related coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from psychometrics staff and follow department best practices.
• Conduct analyses using exploratory techniques and statistics.
• Execute and debug existing analysis tools per specifications.
• Work with various data structures and moderately complex files.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to fulfill contract deliverables.
• Demonstrate openness to learning and applying AI-enabled tools.
