Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or software development courses.
• Experience with large-scale data analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with psychometric analysis concepts preferred.
• Proficiency in SAS or Python for data analysis tasks.
• Experience with structured programming languages and software development basics.
• Proficient with MS 365 tools (Word, Excel, CoPilot, SharePoint).
• Strong communication skills and ability to document specifications clearly.

Responsibilities

• Takes direction from psychometric leads and adheres to best practices.
• Performs exploratory analyses (data mining, summarization, statistics).
• Runs and debugs existing analysis tools per specifications.
• Applies software development discipline to projects.
• Works with diverse data structures and moderately complex files.
• Evaluates data suitability and analysis outcomes for usability.
• Prepares and formats data for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and technology staff to fulfill deliverables.
• Exhibits openness to AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency.
• Meets deadlines and works independently, with some travel (up to 5%).
