Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Measure Technician to verify measurements on job sites and provide cost‑effective installation solutions. You will assess labor/material needs, ensure accuracy, and uphold Renewal standards while aiming for high customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 2–3 years in carpentry or remodeling and window measuring experience, strong communication, and the ability to use an iPad for documentation. Monday–Friday schedule with a company vehicle and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of carpentry, finishing and/or remodeling experience.
• Window installation or measuring experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Mechanical aptitude for installation tasks.
• Good organizational skills and reliability.
• Ability to navigate an iPad for job docs.

Responsibilities

• Visit jobs sold by the sales staff to verify accurate measurements and labor/materials.
• Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations for cost-effectiveness.
• Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of construction basics and installation standards.
• Adhere to Renewal processes and standards.
• Provide accurate measurements and documentation promptly.
• Strive for customer satisfaction by confirming proposed solutions and installation techniques.
