Renewal by Andersen is seeking a detail-oriented Window and Door Measure Technician responsible for accurately measuring installations to ensure project excellence. You will assess conditions, prepare installation plans, and communicate clearly with homeowners and crew.

The role requires 3+ years in residential construction and experience in measurement, with a focus on customer service. On-site work with some remote assessments, full-time hours, and competitive hourly pay in California

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction.
• 3+ years of technical assessment experience in home improvement.
• Proficient in measuring and installing residential windows.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Teams, video conferencing).
• Professional appearance and strong communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-installation assessments on site and remotely to verify measurements.
• Provide installation solutions meeting customer expectations and project scope.
• Identify factors affecting customer expectations and costs.
• Maintain knowledge of construction basics and installation standards.
• Prepare detailed written installation instructions for crew.
• Create a materials list and draft floorplans when needed for permits.
