Renewal by Andersen is seeking an experienced installer to verify measurements on jobs and assess labor and materials for window replacement projects. You will provide installation solutions that meet customers' expectations and document job conditions with accuracy.

Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of construction basics, adhering to Renewal processes, delivering timely measurements, and striving for customer satisfaction by securing approved solutions and alternative installation

Qualifications

• 2-3 years carpentry/finishing/remodeling experience.
• Window installation and measuring experience.
• Strong communication skills; clear written documents and messages.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate an iPad.

Primary Responsibilities

• Visit jobs sold by the sales staff to verify accurate measurements and assessment of labor/materials
• Provide installation solutions that match our customer's expectations of a cost effective, installed, window replacement
• Recognize situations that would impact customer's expectations
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installation
• Understands and adheres to the established Renewal processes and standards
• Provide accurate measurements and documentation of job-related circumstances in a timely fashion
• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate installation techniques

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary $50,000 annually plus bonus opportunity

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, typically 8 am-5 pm - so you can enjoy your weekends!

Hourly Rate

$24.04 - $24.04 USD
