Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Measure Technician to verify measurements on job sites and provide cost‑effective installation solutions. You will assess labor/material needs, ensure accuracy, and uphold Renewal standards while aiming for high customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 2–3 years in carpentry or remodeling and window measuring experience, strong communication, and the ability to use an iPad for documentation. Monday–Friday schedule with a company vehicle and benefits.

Qualifications

• Window installation or measuring experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Mechanical aptitude for installation tasks.
• Good organizational skills and reliability.
• Ability to navigate an iPad for job docs.

Measure Technician

Responsibilities:

• Visit jobs sold by the sales staff to verify accurate measurements and assessment of labor/materials
• Provide installation solutions that match our customer's expectations of a cost effective, installed, window replacement
• Recognize situations that would impact customer's expectations
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installation
• Understands and adheres to the established Renewal processes and standards
• Provide accurate measurements and documentation of job-related circumstances in a timely fashion
• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate installation techniques

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of carpentry, finishing and/or remodeling experience.
• Window installation/measuring experience
• Strong communication skills; clear and readable written documents and messages
• Mechanical aptitude
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to navigate an iPad
