Job summary

Bay Aging is seeking a Full Time Center Administrator at the Gloucester Active Lifestyle Center to manage daily operations, supervise staff and volunteers, and coordinate Meals on Wheels routes in the service area. The role includes reporting to the Nutrition Programs Manager and RSVP Director, plus promoting center activities in the community.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma and 3–5 years in activity coordination, senior care, disability care management or related field.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations relevant to ALC operations.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email).
• Ability to supervise staff and volunteers and manage timesheets and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the Active Lifestyle Center (ALC) and oversee Meals on Wheels operations.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment and RSVP activities; supervise Title V workers and ALC Assistants.
• Prepare and submit monthly admin reports and market center activities in the community.
• Plan and organize RSVP-sponsored events, and supervise volunteers and drivers.
