Job summary

Bay Aging's Active Lifestyle Center seeks a seasoned supervisor to direct daily Center activities, oversee Meals on Wheels operations, and coordinate RSVP volunteers.

This role requires a High School diploma, 3–5 years in activity coordination or elder care, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel around the county. You will supervise staff and volunteers, ensure program compliance, and promote community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required with 3–5 years in activity coordination or elder care management.
• Experience supervising staff and volunteers, including scheduling and performance feedback.
• Ability to work with seniors and coordinate programs across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the Active Lifestyle Center and oversee center operations.
• Coordinate Meals on Wheels routes and supervise volunteer drivers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Recruit and supervise RSVP volunteers and Title V workers; manage timesheets and evaluations.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain participant files; market center activities in the community.
• Plan RSVP-sponsored events and provide volunteer training and recognition.
