Presbyterian Homes & Services (Optage Meals) is seeking an Intake Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position reporting to the Customer Services Director.

The role provides customer service for the senior dining program, data entry, and routing support for home-delivered meals. You will coordinate admissions with minimal supervision and help ensure smooth operations in a caring Christian environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office applications and databases.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while interpreting data.
• Must work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Must be a team player with strong communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with office equipment such as copiers and multi-line phones.
• English language proficiency to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and public relations for the senior dining program.
• Offer administrative and routing support for the home-delivered meal program.
• Perform data entry and database records management.
• Coordinate new client admissions processes to ensure successful onboarding.
