Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of desktop publishing, project management, spreadsheets, and database management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and interpret data.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player who takes directions and meets objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with office equipment (copy machines, multi-line phones, fax).
• English reading/writing/speaking ability to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and public relations to support the senior dining program.
• Provide administrative and routing support for home-delivered meal program.
• Data entry and database records management.
• Coordinate Optage Meals new client admissions processes to ensure successful client base per needs and goals.
