The Intake Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service and public relations needed to assist in the efficient operation of the senior dining program. Responsibilities include providing customer support within the Optage intake team, providing administrative and routing support for all areas within the home delivered meal program, data entry and database records management, and other duties as assigned.
The Intake Assistant is responsible for coordinating Optage Meals new client admissions processes to ensure successful client base in accordance with customer needs and operational goals as well as established best practices and procedures.
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $22.48 - $27.67 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
