Job summary

Catholic Relief Services seeks a Technical Advisor I, MEAL to provide technical MEAL support across program design and implementation. You will help ensure high-quality monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning, aligned with donor guidelines and CRS standards.

The role includes developing MEAL components for proposals, shaping data collection tools, and guiding capacity-building for staff and partners in MEAL practices worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of MEAL experience in international development.
• Experience with project MEAL, indicators, data collection tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide MEAL technical support to CP teams, remotely and on-site.
• Develop MEAL components for proposals and donor compliance.
• Design data collection tools and data visualization approaches.
• Support MEAL system documentation and manuals.
• Assist in capacity-strengthening initiatives through trainings and coaching.
