Job summary

Home Chef in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Production Associate for 1st Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm) with Thursdays and Fridays off. You will assemble meals, label, portion, and bag/kitt items while following GMP and PPE standards. This role emphasizes attention to detail and fast-paced execution in Core and Tempo Operations.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months in production/warehouse, is a team player, and can work with minimal travel. HS Diploma is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of production/warehouse experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.
• This position requires 0% travel.
• HS Diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to receive direction from Supervisor or Production Lead to fulfill production requirements.
• Must label packaging at the standard average rate.
• Must know how to use proper measuring utensils to portion ingredients.
• Must have strong attention to detail while picking ingredients in the meal bagging/kitting process.
• Must be able to visually inspect produce.
• Ability to transition between tasks when needed.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced work environment and reach daily goals given to by Supervisor.
• Must be detail oriented and maintain a clean workspace.
• Must follow GMP and PPE standards as required in the RTE and RTH area such as; safety goggles, blue aprons and white plastic sleeves, captive footwear.
• Must report any damages, missing parts or foreign materials immediately to FSQA / Leadership.
• Must follow all recipes and instructions to create compound ingredients in correct proportions.
• Bring up improvement ideas to RTH leadership and continuously work to improve!
• When not assisting with RTH specific tasks, associates are required to execute normal production functions / tasks or as assigned.
