Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a production associate for 1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm) to assemble meals on Core and Tempo operations. You will label, portion, and bag meals while following strict GMP and PPE SOPs, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to detail and assisting with production tasks as needed to meet daily goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.
• This position requires 0% travel.
• HS Diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble meals on Core and Tempo Operations, including labeling, portioning, and meal bagging/kitting.
• Follow GMP and PPE standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean workspaces and report damages or anomalies to leadership.
• Adhere to recipes and instructions to produce correct portions.
• Support production functions as assigned when not on RTH tasks.
