Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Production Associate on 1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm) in Atlanta, GA. This role involves assembling meals on Core and Tempo Operations, labeling, portioning, and bagging/kitting while adhering to safety SOPs.

You’ll work closely with a Supervisor to meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 6+ months in a production/warehouse setting, can work as part of a team, and comply with GMP and PPE standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.
• This position requires 0% travel.
• HS Diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from Supervisor or Production Lead to meet production requirements.
• Label packaging at the standard average rate.
• Use proper measuring utensils to portion ingredients.
• Maintain attention to detail during meal bagging/kitting.
• Visually inspect produce and ensure cleanliness of workspace.
• Follow GMP and PPE standards in RTE/RTH areas.
