Job summary

Waters is seeking a Sr. Global Marketing Manager for Molecular Platforms and Informatics to drive market development, messaging, and go-to-market plans for our molecular diagnostics portfolio, including BD COR, BD MAX, and BD Synapsys.

You will partner with Medical Affairs, R&D, and commercial teams to align strategy and execution in regulated, high-volume testing environments. The role requires cross-functional leadership, strong communication, and global travel to engage regions and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business.
• 5+ years of global or regional strategic marketing experience.
• Experience in molecular diagnostics or regulated healthcare environments is preferred.
• Ability to translate clinical data and insights into customer-focused marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global marketing strategy for molecular platforms and informatics.
• Support portfolio planning, launch readiness, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure local market alignment and adoption.
• Develop differentiated value propositions and messaging for BD COR, BD MAX, BD Synapsys.
• Lead global campaigns and customer engagement programs to drive platform growth.
