Job summary

Waters is seeking a Sr. Global Marketing Manager for Molecular Platforms and Informatics to shape global market development and go-to-market plans for BD COR, BD MAX, and BD Synapsys in regulated, high-volume molecular testing environments.

Reporting to the Global MDx Marketing Director, you will drive awareness, adoption, and growth by translating market needs into compelling strategies, messaging, and programs, collaborating with regions and cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in global/regional strategic marketing in IVD, molecular diagnostics, or life sciences.
• Experience with molecular diagnostics platforms, informatics, and laboratory workflow is preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and development of compliant marketing materials.
• Understanding of regulated healthcare environments and promotional vs non-promotional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate global marketing strategy for molecular platforms and informatics.
• Support portfolio planning, launch readiness, lifecycle initiatives, and downstream commercialization.
• Partner with regional teams to ensure alignment and strong execution across geographies.
• Develop differentiated messaging and content demonstrating clinical, workflow, and economic value.
• Lead global campaigns, market development initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
