Waters is seeking a Sr. Global Marketing Manager, Molecular Platforms and Informatics, to shape global go-to-market for molecular diagnostics platforms and informatics, including BD COR, BD MAX, and BD Synapsys.

You will drive market insights, messaging, and campaigns, partnering across regions to achieve adoption in regulated, high-volume testing environments. The role reports to the Global MDx Marketing Director and requires strategic planning, regional alignment, and outstanding collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Marketing, or Business.
• 5+ years of global or regional marketing experience in IVD, molecular diagnostics, or life sciences.
• Experience translating market data into strategy, messaging, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate global marketing strategy for molecular platforms and informatics.
• Lead global campaigns, market development initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution.
