Job summary

IQ Fiber, LLC in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks a Community Development Manager to build and execute sales programs in private communities including MDU and HOA properties. You will focus on creating an early funnel with ROEs to maximize IQ Fiber’s market share and profitability.

You’ll be a brand ambassador working with operations, engineering and design to bring deployments to life and grow signups. You will operate as an individual contributor, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ sales or community development experience in telecom, MDU sales preferred.
• B2B sales and/or leadership preferred; alternate channel experience a plus.
• Ability to negotiate agreements across business, legal and engineering.
• Proven ability to build rapport with property owners, HOAs, and decision makers.
• BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Secure ROEs and build a 3-year pipeline for planned communities.
• Execute tactics to capture market share, grow revenues and profits.
• Collaborate with various teams to drive initiatives and results.
• Manage contracts from sales through retention.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
