Job summary

Socket Fiber is seeking an MDU Account Executive to drive growth through strategic partnerships and access agreements for MDUs, apartments, and other developments in St. Louis. You’ll negotiate building access and coordinate with internal teams to move projects from concept to completion.

In this in-person role, you’ll engage property owners, developers, municipalities, brokers, and utility partners to align Socket’s expansion goals with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating contracts, access agreements, or real estate-related agreements.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities within MDUs, residential developments, and commercial properties.
• Negotiate building access agreements, licenses, easements, and related contracts.
• Serve as the primary contact for property access and development initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, and business development teams on expansion projects.
• Track agreements, project milestones, and contract renewals.
