Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in DoD testing environments to contribute to the TMPC MDS and Weapons Control System projects. You will design and develop software test plans, review requirements, and drive the full testing life cycle from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with high defense standards and rigorous quality processes.

U.S. citizenship and active Top Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• US Citizen; active Top Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to Top Secret SCI.
• Strong analytical skills and robust software test plan development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and innovate with a seasoned team of Systems Engineers to scrutinize requirements and implement test modifications to standards.
• Own the testing cycle by designing, developing, debugging, and enhancing mission-critical systems throughout the full testing life cycle.
• Analyze and evolve by evaluating requirements, testing hardware compatibility, and building comprehensive test procedures using current tools and standards.
• Operate in a DoD environment, ensuring outputs meet the high demands and quality expectations of defense technology.
