Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN seeks an MDS Nurse to lead nursing staff in planning, organizing, and evaluating resident care. You will chair the RAI process and ensure care plans are current and comprehensive for each resident.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to optimize admission assessments, annual reviews, and ongoing resident education while maintaining high standards of nursing practice and compliance.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in Minnesota or multi-state license if applicable.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred and NLN/AACN accreditation preferred.
• Experience with Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and care planning desired.

Responsabilités

• Lead nursing staff and coordinate resident care assessments.
• Oversee RAI processes and care plan updates.
• Collaborate with physicians, families and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality of life for residents.
