Qualifications

• Graduate from a NLN or AACN accredited nursing program is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience working as licensed nurse with the senior population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and ensure care plans are current.
• Coordinate care and nursing interventions, collaborating with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
