Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Part-time MDS Nurse in Brainerd, MN. The RN will plan, organize and evaluate nursing activities for residents, lead the MDS/RAC-CT assessments, and coordinate with families and an interdisciplinary team to ensure high quality care.

The role requires an active RN license, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least one year of senior care experience. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with RN license in the state where practice occurs.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Experience with Resident Assessment Coordinator- Certified (RAC-CT) preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, organizing, directing and evaluating nursing activities for residents.
• Oversee resident care plans and ensure adherence to care standards.
• Lead the RAC-CT portion of assessments and admissions.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and families.
