Optalis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated RN/Coordinator to manage the RAI/MDS workflow at ShorePointe in Michigan. You will coordinate the RAI process, ensure accurate data transmission to state systems, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet regulatory standards.

You will also prepare, schedule, and review MDS assessments, support billing with assessment codes, and provide ongoing staff education to maintain high-quality resident care and compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
• Overseeing electronic transmission of RAI data to the state bulletin board in compliance with regulations.
• Facilitating communication between the Interdisciplinary Team and ensuring timely education for MDS staff.
