Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Registered Professional Nursing Program.
• Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license.
• MDS and PRI certifications preferred; BLS through RQI on hire.
• Knowledge of reimbursement documentation and DOH regulations; survey processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Medicare assessments, care planning and reimbursement activities to assure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure documentation supports reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor in dealings with the public and staff.
