Brighton Post Acute is seeking a nursing supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities and ensure care aligns with federal, state, and local standards. You will manage nursing staff, contribute to policy updates, and monitor compliance to deliver high-quality resident care.

Qualified applicants hold a current RN or LPN license with leadership experience in a long-term care setting, and must be able to coordinate with multifaceted teams to optimize resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN or LPN license in the state.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience in a nursing facility.
• Ability to lead nursing staff and coordinate resident care.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care.
