A respected healthcare consulting firm in Massachusetts is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department at Brighton Post Acute. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $120k–$150k per year. Key responsibilities include developing staffing plans, monitoring care quality, and collaborating with the Administrator. Candidates should have an RN license, a nursing degree, and at least three years of clinical experience in healthcare settings. Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital or nursing care center.
• Prior Director of Nursing experience in Massachusetts is strongly preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.

Full‑time opportunity available, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM.

Salary: $120 k–$150 k per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the written staffing plan that reflects the needs of the department.
• Perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical team.
• Work in partnership with the Administrator to ensure quality, person‑centered care.
• Develop, manage, and evaluate department policies and procedures in accordance with current rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid, unenforced RN State License.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center, or another related healthcare setting.
• Experience in supervision and teaching.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
• Prior Director of Nursing experience working in a nursing home in Massachusetts.
