Brighton Healthcare Management is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Weekend RN Supervisor, overseeing Friday through Sunday shifts, coordinating staff, and upholding high standards of patient care.

The role requires NC RN license, 5+ years' nursing with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, strong communication and leadership skills, CPR/BLS, and preferably ACLS, in a fast-paced acute or long-term care setting.

Formación

• Current and valid NC RN license.
• 5+ years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in acute care or long-term care preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities.
• CPR and BLS certifications required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Staff Management: supervise and lead weekend nursing staff, provide guidance and scheduling.
• Patient Care Oversight: monitor patient conditions and review care plans.
• Clinical Leadership: provide guidance and support for complex cases.
• Problem Resolution: address clinical or operational issues during weekend shifts.
• Documentation & Compliance: ensure accurate nursing records and regulatory compliance.
• Training and Development: mentor staff and support ongoing skills development.
• Collaboration: work with physicians and admin staff to ensure smooth weekend operations.
• On-Call Support: be available for urgent issues outside regular shifts.
