MDS Nurse (RN/LPN)

Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is seeking an MDS Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity offering competitive compensation, performance incentives, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive leadership team. Previous MDS experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right RN or LPN with skilled nursing or long-term care experience.

Compensation

• RN: Up to $90,000 per year

• LPN: Up to $80,000 per year

Salary growth is tied to facility census.

Plus, earn up to $7,500 annually through our Quality Measure Bonus Program!
