Job summary

Marshall Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a detail-oriented LPN to join our team as a full-time MDS Coordinator. If you have skilled nursing experience and are interested in moving into MDS, we offer training.

As MDS Coordinator, you will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure resident assessments are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. You will gather information from residents and staff, coordinate assessment schedules, and help maintain documentation that supports quality

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required.
• MDS experience preferred, with training available.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident assessments are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

Salary: $75,000/year

Quality Measure Bonus: Earn up to $7,500/year
