Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC seeks a qualified nurse to lead MDS and care management from admission through discharge, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines. The role requires current Texas RN/LPN/LVN licensure and 3+ years in MDS within a nursing facility.

The candidate should have rehabilitative and restorative nursing training and a solid understanding of managed care rules. A strong coordinator mindset will support clinical operations and education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, unencumbered nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) in Texas.
• Three years of MDS experience in a nursing care facility preferred.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Must have working knowledge of managed care rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of the MDS and care management processes from admission to discharge in accordance with company policy and federal, state and certification guidelines.
