Job summary

Regency at Fremont in Michigan seeks an experienced MDS Nurse to oversee accurate RAI completion, MDS, CAAs, care planning, and related documentation in line with federal and state regulations. This role ensures assessments reflect residents’ clinical status and support individualized care planning, collaborating closely with the nursing team to uphold quality measures and compliance.

Part-time with a USD 12,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of RAI guidelines, PDPM, ICD-10 coding, Quality Measures, and Care Area Assessments and Care Planning processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to function independently and lead.
• Experience with MDS/RAI processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accurate and timely completion of the MDS, CAAs, and care planning.
• Ensure assessments reflect residents’ clinical status and support individualized care planning.
• Maintain documentation compliant with federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing team to support quality measures and resident outcomes.
