Job summary

The Bostonian Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dorchester, MA is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator for a full-time, in-person role. The center offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive benefits package to attract a seasoned professional.

Qualified candidates must hold a valid RN or LPN license with CPR certification and have nursing degree credentials. Prior MDS experience is preferred to ensure accurate Medicare MDS submissions and OBRA compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid, unencumbered RN or LPN state license and CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least two (2) years of MDS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurate completion of RAI for all Medicare patients in the facility.
• Provides completion of the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs.
• Complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows.
