Harbor House Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Hingham, MA is seeking a full-time in-person MDS Coordinator to oversee Medicare MDS processes and RAI completion for residents. The role requires a valid RN or LPN license and CPR certification, with experience in MDS duties.

Qualificações

• At least two (2) years of MDS experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Accurate completion of RAI for all Medicare patients in the facility.
• Provides completion of the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs.
• Complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows.
