Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking an MDS Nurse to join our care team. You will be responsible for timely and accurate completion of the RAI process and care management from admission to discharge in accordance with policy and state guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN/LVN or RN license in Texas, with at least three years of MDS experience in a nursing facility, and knowledge of rehabilitative/restorative nursing practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum Data Set (MDS) experience required.
• Three years’ MDS experience in a nursing care facility preferred.
• Must hold an active LPN/LVN or RN license in Texas.
• Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Knowledge of managed care rules and guidelines.
• Ability to plan, organize, implement programs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of the RAI and care management processes from admission to discharge in accordance with policy and procedures, and Federal, State and Certification guidelines.
• With direction from the VP of Clinical Reimbursement, may coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department.
