Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking an MDS Nurse (LPN/LVN or RN) for the Monroe, LA area. Responsibilities include timely completion of RAI and care management from admission to discharge, with coordination of information systems operations and clinical education.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN or RN in this state.
• Three (3) years' MDS experience in a nursing care facility preferred.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Must have a working knowledge of managed care rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of the RAI process and care management from admission to discharge.
• With direction from leadership, may coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department.
