The role requires MDS experience, an active RN license, and CPR certification. You will collaborate with clinical staff, support discharge planning, and participate in administrative reporting while upholding resident dignity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of federal and state regulations and professional standards.

• Audit documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with discharge planning and administrative reporting.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and safety practices.
• Engage with residents, families, and staff professionally.
