Complete Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced MDS Director (RN) to oversee the MDS process across a New Jersey skilled nursing facility. You will lead MDS assessments, ensure CMS compliance, and coordinate care planning with nursing leadership.

The role requires a NJ RN license (or Compact), MDS experience in SNFs, and strong organizational and leadership abilities. PDPM and reimbursement knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license or valid Compact RN license.
• Prior MDS experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• RAC-CT certification strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MDS 3.0, PDPM, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.
• MDS leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with PointClickCare preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate the MDS assessment process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and state and federal regulations.
• Manage care planning, documentation and reimbursement accuracy.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to support quality resident care.
• Monitor quality measures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide guidance and education to staff regarding MDS processes and requirements.
