You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support regulatory compliance, reimbursement accuracy, and quality improvement, leveraging available systems to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Direct MDS experience in SNF and knowledge of PDMP, case mix systems, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Ability to build productive relationships at all levels.
• Leadership to coordinate RAI/MDS processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
• Ensure accurate, timely MDS assessments and care plans.
• Support regulatory compliance, reimbursement accuracy, and quality through data analysis.
