Job summary

Olde Main Post Acute is seeking a MDS Coordinator to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant completion of all Minimum Data Set assessments, supporting resident care planning, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.

Must be an RN with an active license and at least three years in long-term care; prior MDS/RAI experience is required. The position offers full-time hours and a competitive hourly wage between $35 and $60, all-inclusive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical experience in long-term care.
• Prior MDS/RAI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all MDS assessments per regulatory requirements and deadlines.
• Verify compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations related to MDS documentation and submission.
• Supervise MDS data entry, validation, and transmission processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and validation issues.
• Prepare and present MDS-related reports to the Director of Nursing and leadership.
• Support audit responses and maintain compliance with Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
