A leading healthcare provider in Elizabethtown is seeking an MDS Coordinator (RN) to enhance resident care without on-call or weekend rotations. The ideal candidate has a current RN license and at least three years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care. Responsibilities include collecting MDS information, participating in meetings, and educating staff on the RAI process. Qualifications

• Minimum three years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting; long-term care preferred.
• Minimum one year of MDS experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect information to complete the MDS using the medical record, bedside assessment, and interviews.
• Participate in Daily PPS meetings and ensure federal billing requirements are met.
• Provide ongoing education of the RAI process to team members.
