Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate MDS submissions per guidelines.
• Participate in and lead interdisciplinary care plan meetings.

Skills

Active registered nurse (RN) license

Experience completing MDS assessments

Familiarity with RAI process

Strong knowledge of CMS regulations

Proficiency in EHR and MDS documentation
