Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is hiring an MDS Coordinator to conduct federally mandated assessments for residents at a long-term care facility. The RN/LSN will collect data, determine functional capacity, and support reimbursement under RUG-IV systems in collaboration with the care team.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with MDS experience; MDS Certification (AANAC) is a plus and may enhance responsibilities within OBRA/PPS processes. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• RN licensed nurse with experience in MDS/OBRA requirements.
• Optional MDS Certification (AANAC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform federally mandated MDS assessments for residents.
• Coordinate OBRA, PPS and MDS completion with the care team.
• Develop and maintain Nursing Care Plans and ensure timely updates.
• Coordinate assessment schedules and submissions to CMS per guidelines.
