Qualifications

• Current Ohio nursing license in good standing.
• Experience with MDS and admission assessments.
• Thorough knowledge of RUGS III/IV scoring process.

Responsibilities

• Complete the MDS and admission assessments for residents.
• Facilitate plan of care conferences with the interdisciplinary team.
• Audit and coordinate MDS, CAA Summaries and Plan of Care.
