Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate resident assessments per Federal and State regulations.
• Establish assessment schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate MDS process and care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Educate nursing staff on MDS processes and PPS/OBRA updates.
• Cross-train between PPS and OBRA and conduct resident interviews as required.
