Sherbrooke Village seeks an MDS Coordinator (RN or LPN) to manage the MDS/RAI process, ensure accurate coding, and collaborate with the nursing team to document care and reimburse appropriately. This role emphasizes regulatory compliance and staff education in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating MDS assessments, ensuring documentation accuracy, and participating in IDT meetings to optimize resident care and reimbursement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• MDS experience preferred; willing to train capable candidate.
• Active Missouri nursing license required; CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Understand regulations and MDS RAI User Manual.
• Collaborate with Nursing Director for timely documentation.
• Prepare and submit Additional Documentation Requests (ADRs).
• Lead MDS assessments and care plan development with IDT.
• Educate staff on RAI process and ADL documentation.
