Southern HealthCare Management seeks an experienced RN MDS Coordinator to lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in our Raleigh-area facility. You will ensure compliance with OBRA, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and company policies while coordinating with clinicians and leadership to optimize resident care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
• Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs and LTC payer systems
• Familiarity with OBRA, the RAI process, and MDS process preferred

• Develop, implement, and coordinate the RAI/RAI process.
• Ensure center compliance with professional practice standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and leadership to optimize resident care
